1. 100% Non-Destructive Inspection report of steel plate tube & welding rod;
2. 100% X-ray inspection report (welding seam), make sure welding totally qualified;
3. Hydraulic test: make sure strength and tightness of pressure parts

4.Third part inspection report: By China Henan Boiler Inspection Institute

Manufacture Standard

Boiler Design, Manufacture, Installation and Inspection Should be accordance with regulations as below:

TSG G0001-2012《Boiler Safety Technical & Supervisory Regulations》TSGG0002-2010《Boiler Economic Technical& Supervisory Regulations》.GB/T16508.1～16508.8-2013《Shell Boiler》,NB/T47034-2013《Industrial Boilers Technical Regulations》,GB50273-2009《Boiler Installation Construction & Inspection Regulations》
2. Boiler Water Quality should follow GB/T1576-2008《Industrial Boiler Water Quality》
3. Boiler Smoke emission should Follow GB 13271-2014《Boiler Air Pollutants Emission Standard 》
4. Hydraulic Test Should follow TSG G0001-201《Boiler Safety Technical & Supervisory Regulations》
5. Paint&Packaging Should follow JB/T1615-199《Technical Conditions For Boiler Paint& Packaging》
